I was proud to be interviewed by Elise Hacking Carr for the February 19 issue of Executive Perspective in Print & Promo magazine. This was a fun opportunity to reflect back on everything the entire team at SBS Brands has accomplished since my grandfather founded Superior Business Solutions (originally Superior Business Forms) in 1924, to save time in the workday for his customers.
It was never my intention to work in the family business. However, as I am sure you know from your life experiences, our best intentions don’t always play out like we think they will. Looking back, I’m glad things happened the way that they did. I am proud to have been a part of bringing Superior Business Solutions, and our entire family of brands, to the point we’re at today.
I did this with my family, like my brother Tim, and a big team of talented and dedicated individuals. As we continue to grow, we continue to bring on dynamic and skilled professionals to best serve our customers.
Putting the Customers First
Perhaps some of the traits that have enabled us to survive changes in the printing industry, are our flexibility and ability to pivot. We take cues from our clients regarding what services they need and want. Our customers’ success is our success. If our client’s need something that falls outside of our wheelhouse, we change that in order to better serve our customers.
The ability to change with the times and meet the ever-evolving demands of our customers enables us to strengthen the services we provide all of our clients and securely and confidently move forward.
Best of Print and Digital
Superior Business Solutions has been named “Best of Print and Digital” three years in a row. This is a major accomplishment and I am proud of the work our entire team has done to earn this honor. We have also earned ISO 9001:2015 certification as part of consistently serving our clients.
These accomplishments set us apart in the industry and speak to the level of commitment, quality of work, and innovative ideas our customers have come to expect when they work with us.
